Used Decanter Centrifuges

A used decanter centrifuge is the workhorse of continuous dewatering and classification. Horizontal scroll-conveyor design handles high-solids feeds that would blind a disc stack machine. We carry a range of bowl diameters, L/D ratios, and scroll materials, and decanter centrifuge for sale enquiries are answered within 24 hours. Used Basket Centrifuges

Batch or continuous used basket centrifuges — perforated basket for cake filtration or imperforate for sedimentation — are widely used in chemical and API pharmaceutical production. A three-leg basket centrifuge for sale from current stock can be inspected before export. Common materials: SS 304, SS 316L, Hastelloy C-276 for corrosive duty.

Disc Stack (Disc Centrifuges)

A used disc stack centrifuge delivers very high g-forces for liquid-liquid separation and fine-solids clarification. Applications range from vegetable oil refining and beverage polishing to industrial waste oil purification and marine separator duty. Continuous disk stack centrifuge models (self-cleaning or hermetic) are the most energy-efficient choice for high-volume throughput. Used Alfa Laval disc centrifuge and Westfalia disk stack centrifuge units are frequently available; a super centrifuge (tubular bowl) can also be sourced for very fine particle separation at ultra-high g.

Refurbished Centrifuges & Large Industrial Units

Selected units can be supplied as refurbished centrifuge for sale — rebalanced, resealed, and test-run before dispatch. Ask about refurbished options when requesting a quote; lead time is typically 3–6 weeks. Centrifuges by Discharge Type & Rotor Configuration

Beyond the main families described above, we also supply — from stock or sourced on request through our supplier base — specific rotor and discharge configurations used in chemical, food and pharmaceutical processing:

• Inverted filter centrifuge — filter medium mounted in reverse to retain fine particles that would pass through a conventional basket screen; used in fine crystallization and salt processing.
• Pusher centrifuge — continuous discharge by a piston that pushes the cake along the basket; common in salt, sugar, and fertilizer crystallization.
• Three-column centrifuge — suspended on three support columns to absorb load imbalance; the same family as the three-leg centrifuges described above.
• Tubular centrifuge — high-speed cylindrical rotor for separating very fine particles or liquid-liquid mixtures with minimal density difference; also known as a super centrifuge.
• Vibrating centrifuge — basket driven by vibration rather than rotation alone, used for dewatering coarse granular solids such as minerals and aggregates.
• Screw-type filtering centrifuge — internal screw conveys and compresses the cake continuously inside the filtering basket; suited to high-throughput continuous dewatering.

• Scroll screen centrifuge — combines a scroll conveyor with a filtering screen for continuous separation of coarse solids with low residual liquid.
• Peeler centrifuge — discharges the cake continuously with a peeling knife; widely used in sugar, salt, and API pharmaceutical production.
• Pendulum centrifuge — basket suspended in a pendulum arrangement that self-centers under uneven loads; a robust choice for batch processes with variable feed.
• Oscillating / sliding discharge centrifuge — discharges by oscillating or sliding the basket, an alternative to plough discharge on three-leg or three-column units.

Key Buying Considerations

• Capacity & throughput — specify feed rate (m³/h), solids content (%), and required cake dryness or centrate clarity.
• Material of construction — SS 316L covers most chemical duty; Hastelloy or titanium for highly corrosive feeds.
• Drive & speed — confirm available electrical supply (Hz, voltage) and required bowl speed (rpm).
